I lived in pain. Physically, I have had various\nailments since my teens such as chronic bleeding, eczema, trigeminal neuralgia,\npersistent migraine, and so on. Intellectually, I struggled with intellectual\npursuits as I had to balance various aspects of wellness, I found myself in\npositions where I was usually quite the black sheep in many public or private\ncircles. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eTime when my mental health deteriorated resulted in\nintellectual wellness being compromised, along with my emotional and social\nwellness. As a result, my financial and vocational wellness were really\nchallenging throughout quite a lot of my life. In going through all these\nexperiences, I discovered the interconnectedness of all life, and the\ninterdependence of not only external actors or groups, but also within me. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eThere were many aspects of myself that I expressed, lived,\nand experienced to uncover wisdom, insight, and perception so I could\naccumulate enough personal power not to benefit my egoic self, but to benefit\nall. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp class=\"MsoNormal\"\u003eHealing is a continuous journey and I found out these few\ngems so far.
