Recognising 15 Years of Community Support
On 5 July 2025, POPULAR Bookstore was recognised with the 15-Year Partner Award at the CDAC Volunteers & Partners Appreciation Day. POPULAR Bookstore’s Chief Executive Officer, Ms Emily Yiu, was in attendance at the ceremony and received the award from Minister Ong Ye Kung, Minister for Health, Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, and Chairman of CDAC.
Making Educational Resources More Accessible
For 15 years, POPULAR Bookstore has been an integral part of CDAC’s community initiatives where POPULAR gift vouchers are distributed by CDAC to needy families, allowing beneficiaries to use these vouchers to purchase essential school supplies, books, and learning tools from POPULAR outlets across Singapore.
In addition, POPULAR extends a 10% discount on purchases made with these vouchers, helping families get more value out of the assistance they receive. This support is an extension of POPULAR’s commitment to making educational resources accessible for all.
Ongoing Commitment to the Community
POPULAR Bookstore is honoured to be a long-time partner in support of CDAC’s mission. The 15-Year Partner Award is a meaningful recognition of this ongoing collaboration and the shared belief in the importance of supporting education and learning for all.
