About the Author
Elena Borelli is a scholar and an educator with over twenty
years of experience teaching Italian, French, and English in higher and
corporate education. She holds a Ph.D. In Italian and French from Rutgers
University, USA, and was Assistant Professor of Italian at CUNY, New York.
Elena is also a translator and a researcher in the history and practice of
literary translation. Elena has been teaching Italian and Intercultural Studies
at King's since 2017.
Giulia Baronti is an educator and language specialist with over a decade of
expertise in teaching Italian to foreigners. She studied Classics at the
Università degli Studi di Firenze and holds advanced degrees in Didactic
Theories and Teaching Training Methods, as well as Philology, Literature, and
Linguistics. Giulia has been teaching Italian language at King's College London
since 2019.
