• 8K 30fps 360 video: The X4 Air records sharp, high-resolution 360-degree video. This captures every angle of your surroundings, allowing you to reframe the shot later in the Insta360 app.

• Ultralight design: At 165 grams, it is Insta360's lightest 8K 360 camera, making it easier to mount for extended periods and more portable for everyday use.

• Improved sensor: The camera is equipped with larger 1/1.8-inch sensors, which capture better image quality and low-light performance compared to the Insta360 X4.

• Replaceable lenses: Scratched or damaged lenses can be swapped out by the user in seconds. The lenses also feature an "ultra-hard" coating that doubles their drop resistance compared to the X4.

• Increased waterproofing: The 

X4 Air is waterproof to 49 feet (15 meters) without a dive case, an upgrade from the X4's 33-foot rating.

• Enhanced controls: New control options include "Twist to Shoot" for starting/stopping recording with a flick of the selfie stick, as well as gesture and voice control.

• FlowState stabilization: Like other Insta360 cameras, it features advanced image stabilization and 360º Horizon Lock for smooth, level footage.

• Smaller battery: The tradeoff for the smaller, lighter body is a reduced battery capacity of 2010mAh, which provides up to 88 minutes of continuous 8K video recording. This is less than the Insta360 X4's run time, but it does support PD fast charging.
