Orders

1. How do I place an order?
•    Tick (✔) the items you wish to purchase on the textbook list. 
•    Upload and submit your order.
 

2. How do I know if my order went through?
A confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully submitted.
 

3. Where is my order confirmation number?
Your order confirmation number can be found in the confirmation email.
 

4. Can I make changes or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
•    No, once an order is placed, changes (e.g., updating shipping method, modifying items) cannot be made. 
•    POPULAR is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
•    Please check your booklist and shipping details carefully before submitting. 
 

5. Will I be notified when items are no longer available?
Yes, our staff will contact you by email within 5 working days from date of submission.

Delivery & Payment

1. What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?
•    We currently offer the following delivery options:

•    Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
•    Please expect a longer delivery timeline due to the high volume of orders during this period.

 

2. How do I track my order?
An Order Tracking Portal link will be sent once payment is successful.

 

3. Do you process orders during Public Holidays? 
No, we do not process nor delivery orders during Public Holidays. 

 

4. How do I know when my order is ready for payment?
Our staff will contact you by email once your order is ready for payment. 

 

5. What is the payment period?
Orders will be reserved for 7 working days from the date of payment notification.

 

6. What happens if I do not make payment within the stipulated period?
•    Orders not paid for within the specified period will be cancelled.
•    Extension of the payment date is strictly not allowed.

 

7. When is the latest I can order my textbooks online?
•    Textbook Order closes on 21 December 2025.
•    Textbook purchase will still be available at all POPULAR Bookstores, while stocks last.

Refunds & Exchange

1. Refund & Exchange Policy
•    Refund is not allowed.
•    For exchange, please bring along your printed order summary and the item(s) to any POPULAR Bookstore, except POPULAR City Square Mall. Subject to product availability.
•    Items must be in mint condition.
•    All exchanges must be made before 31 January 2026
