Orders

1. How do I place an order?
•    Tick (✔) the items you wish to purchase on the textbook list. 
•    Upload and submit your order.
 

2. How do I know if my order went through?
A confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully submitted.
 

3. Where is my order confirmation number?
Your order confirmation number can be found in the confirmation email.
 

4. Can I make changes or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
•    No, once an order is placed, changes (e.g., updating pickup location, modifying items) cannot be made.
•    Please check your booklist carefully before submitting. 
 

5. Will I be notified when items are no longer available?
Yes, our staff will contact you by email within 5 working days from date of submission.

Pickup & Payment

1. How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?
Our staff will contact you by email once your order is ready for pickup.
 

2. What do I need to bring during pickup?
•    A copy of your Order Pickup Notice (digital or printed) 
•    Your POPULAR Membership Card to enjoy member’s benefits 

 

3. What is the pickup period?
Orders will be kept at the pickup location for 7 working days from the date of the collection email.

 

4. When should I make payment?
•    Payment must be made upon pickup at your selected store.
•    Present your POPULAR Card/e-Card to enjoy member’s privileges.

 

5. What happens if I do not pick up my order within the stipulated period?
•    Orders not picked up within the specified period will be cancelled.
•    Extension of the pickup date is strictly not allowed.

 

6. When is the latest I can order my textbooks online?
•    Textbook Order closes on 21 December 2025.
•    Textbook purchase will still be available at all POPULAR Bookstores, while stocks last.

Refunds & Exchange

1. Refund & Exchange Policy
•    Refund is not allowed.
•    For exchange, please bring along your original receipt and the item(s) to the store where you picked up your order. Subject to product availability. 
•    Items must be in mint condition.
•    All exchanges must be made before 31 January 2026.
