About the Author

Dr Sarah Kasasa BSC, MSc, PhD, BDS is a dental surgeon with her own clinical practice in London. She is a peer-reviewed research author, has a PhD from King’s College London and over 20 years’ experience working in oral health and disease prevention. One of her main passions is for education and childhood dental health. She is an active speaker and campaigner, with special expertise in the impact of nutrition on disease prevention.
