"The best and most important business book of the year." — Dan Heath, NYT Bestselling Author

  • "MAGNIFICENT." — Rory Sutherland

  • "INDISPENSABLE!" — Kim Scott, NYT Bestselling Author of Radical Candor

The most radical and powerful idea in business isn’t disruption… it’s integrity.

The Lean Startup transformed how a generation built products. Now, Eric Ries takes the vital next step in Incorruptible, answering a critical question: How do we build companies that stay true to their mission once they succeed?

Drawing on two decades of work with global founders, CEOs, and investors, Ries exposes the hidden forces that cause great organizations to drift from their values. Packed with wide-ranging case studies—including Anthropic, Cadbury, Vanguard, and John Lewis—this book provides the definitive blueprint for building "mission-locked" organizations that grow, prosper, and endure without losing their soul.

Why You’ll Love This Book:

  • From a Legend in Innovation: The eagerly awaited new framework from Eric Ries, pioneer of the global Lean Startup movement.

  • A Blueprint for Longevity: Real-world tools to design businesses that can withstand market pressure and remain purpose-driven.

  • Essential for Every Leader: A must-read for founders, executives, investors, and changemakers looking to build enterprises that uplift rather than exploit.
