About the Authors

Attia Qureshi is the founder of AQ Consulting, specializing in negotiation, conflict resolution, and organizational strategy. She serves as an adjunct at the Ford School of Public Policy and has previously taught at MIT’s Sloan School of Management and the Ross School of Business. Her global expertise includes negotiating on behalf of the U.S. State Department in conflict zones.

John Richardson teaches negotiation at MIT’s Sloan School of Management and previously taught at Harvard Law School, where he was an Associate at the prestigious Harvard Negotiation Project. He is the co-author of the seminal business books Getting It Done (with Roger Fisher) and Negotiation Analysis (with Howard Raiffa).
