Cindy Tan is an entrepreneurial commercial leader and META's Managing Director of Global Clients, advising Fortune 500 brands on scaling with META's solutions. She also leads META's global *English as a Second Language* community, supporting 800+ non-native speakers.

Previously, she was Chief Commercial Officer at INTO University Partnerships, driving international recruitment and digital marketing, and Global VP at TripAdvisor, expanding APAC operations and forging key partnerships. At the BBC, she led China expansion and post-acquisition strategies for Lonely Planet and Viki.com.

A board member at MM2 Asia and The Marketing Society, Cindy also founded Newton Leaders, a leadership development firm. She holds dual EMBAs from UCLA and NUS, an INSEAD finance certificate, and a BA from Monash University.
