The $3 time machine strikes again in this third and final
installment in the series perfect for fans who love funny, unexpected
adventures and wacky plot twists from best-selling author Dustin Brady.
Professor Snellenburg is a mysterious man. What’s the real story behind his
time machine? What does the villainous Queen want with him? And where is he
now?
To find the professor, Elsa and Liam will need to start digging up answers to
these long-buried secrets. Their search starts with the Voynich Manuscript—a
book from the Middle Ages that puzzles historians and codebreakers to this day.
They’ll travel to an alternate dimension, where they’ll meet Dwayne “The Rock”
Johnson (the geologist, not the wrestler) and discover the shocking origin of
time slime. Finally, with the help of the World’s Worst Time Machine, they’ll
attempt a journey to the very center of time.
As the kids close in on the answers they’ve been seeking, their world begins
turning upside down. Who’s the hero of this story? Who’s the villain? And what
happens when you find out that everything you thought you knew was a lie?
With over two million books sold, Dustin Brady has cracked the code for keeping
kids reading. Short chapters, zany twists, and unforgettable characters hook
even the most reluctant readers, while the blend of real history and hilarious
storytelling makes this series both fun and fresh. Ideal for fans of
time-travel adventures, wacky humor, and page-turning mysteries, the World’s
Worst Time Machine series will have readers racing to the last page.
About the Author
Dustin Brady writes books for kids who think
they hate reading. His Trapped in a Video Game series has sold
over one million copies because—as it turns out—there are a lot of kids who
think they hate reading. Dustin loves Tetris, pinball, trick shot videos, and
many other silly pastimes that he calls “book research” even though they very much
don’t seem like book research. He lives in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife, three
kids, and a small dog named Nugget. Dustin honestly can’t believe he gets to do
this for a living.
