Delivery

How fast can I receive my order?

Deliveries will take between 3-5 working days after order is placed.

 

Can I self-collect/pick-up my online orders?

No, you are unable to do any self-collection/pick-ups. Orders placed online will be delivered via Ninjavan Courier.

 

It has been more than a week since I’ve placed an order, why have I not received the order?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, parcels might be misplaced/lost in the delivery process. Please contact our email us at popularonlinechat@popularworld.com. Our team will investigate the reason for the delay and make necessary arrangements to resolve the issue. Please allow for up to 3 working days for investigations & response.

 

Does Popular Online provide international delivery?

No, International shipping is not available at the moment. Popular Online only provides local delivery.

 

How can I check on the shipping status of my order?

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email notification. The email contains a link where you can track the shipping status of your order.

 

I would like to make changes to the delivery address for an order placed recently, is that possible?

Return & Exchanges

I ordered a wrong size/color/design/product, and would like to make an exchange. How can I do that?

Please write in to us at popularonlinechat@popularworld.com with your order number and item you wish to exchange.

If the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse, we will do the exchange provided that the item is available (no additional cost to customer).

In the event that the item has been dispatched, a fee of $10 will be charged to the buyer for the 1-to-1 exchange service at your address. (2-5 Working Days)

 

I received a different item from what I had ordered. How do I get it exchanged?

Please write in to us at popularonlinechat@popularworld.com with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item delivered. Once the item has been verified, 1-to-1 exchange will be made at your address for free. (2-5 Working Days)

 

What happens if an item in my Order is unavailable?

Our customer care team will contact you to notify which item is unavailable. A full refund will be processed back to your payment mode if we are not able to exchange to another item at the same value.

I have lost access to my account, how can I retrieve it?

Yes, Go to the accounts login page by clicking on the link below: https://popularonline.com.sg/account/login

  1. Click on Recover my password?
  2. Enter your previously registered email address and click Submit.
  3. An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password
